TKL is a privately held corporation that has been under the same senior leadership for more than 25 years. Our senior executives are:

Jon C. Anderson, PhD

President, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Anderson has provided TKL Research with strong and continuous leadership since 1981. Before joining TKL, he served in numerous management positions in research and development for the pharmaceutical and consumer health industries. Dr. Anderson is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, Massachusetts. His numerous professional affiliations include the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists and the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

Robert C. Reardon, PhD

Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

During his career, Dr. Reardon has held R&D management positions in product research and development, drug safety, regulatory affairs and clinical research in three Fortune 500 companies. He has served as the Chief Operating Officer at TKL Research since 1985. Dr. Reardon is the author of numerous publications in clinical research and a member of multiple professional societies including the American Association for the Advancement of Science, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the American Diabetes Association, the American Academy of Dermatology and the Consumer Healthcare Products Association. He has been a member of the National Development Board for his alma mater, Boston College, and a recipient of its highest alumni award.

Michael Q. Anderson

Vice President, Corporate Development

Mr. Anderson has held various positions in Operations at TKL Research since 1993. He was a key contributor to the establishment of TKL Clinical Trials Division (CRO). For the past 8 years, Mr. Anderson directed TKL’s Project Management and Clinical Monitoring departments and, most recently, assumed responsibility for expanding TKL’s services internationally. He has experience in a wide array of therapeutic areas. His professional affiliations include the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and the Drug Information Association.

Darcee Strube

Vice President, Clinical Operations

Ms. Strube has played key roles in TKL's Clinical Trial Division over the past 8 years facilitating strategic and business alliances both in the United States and internationally. She has over 25 years of experience in various clinical operations and business development management positions with Pharmaceutical, CRO and Site organizations. She is a long standing member of ACRP and DIA and has published in leading industry journals.

Reid Tripp, MBA

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Tripp has more than 20 years of international experience within the life science industry. Before joining TKL Research, he held senior management business development and marketing positions with various large global Clinical Research Organizations where he successfully built and managed sales, marketing, proposals and contracts teams, delivered hundreds of millions in contractual relationships and overall, enhanced customer satisfaction. Mr. Tripp has also served in a senior management role at a start-up biotechnology company and has held various management positions for a large pharmaceutical company.
